• Troupes - $95

• Championships - $70

  (includes entry & professional video link of routine)

REFUND POLICY

Entry fees will only be refunded in the following circumstances:

Before the registration closing date: A refund may be requested for any withdrawal made prior to the advertised registration closing date.

After the registration closing date: Refunds will only be considered where a valid medical certificate is provided, and the request is received before the competitor’s scheduled section has commenced.

Once a section has commenced: No refunds will be issued after the relevant section has been run, including where a medical certificate is subsequently provided.

Refund requests must be submitted within the above timeframes to be eligible.

• Spectator (Adult - All Day Pass) - $25.00

• Spectator (Child/Concession - All Day Pass) - $10.00

Registration Information

Entries close March 31, 2026 @ midnight

• No entries will be accepted after the closing date.

• No entries will be changed if entered in the incorrect sections, please do not contact us and ask to change (except if error is that of the committee).

  
  

PLEASE CHECK SECTIONS WITH YOUR TEACHERS regarding which section to enter before submitting entry

No competitors will be added to the programme in extra sections after the final entry date. Entry forms must state full name, address, telephone number, age of competitor, date of birth, sections and teachers names together with entry fee.
